CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING & CLIENT POLICY – VALENCIA’S ESSENTIALS Cancellations & Rescheduling: All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within 24–48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 80% of the service. Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee if I am still able to complete your service. Appointments may be canceled, shortened, or rescheduled depending on availability. Late arrivals may still be charged the full service amount to avoid impacting other clients. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 80% of the scheduled service. No-shows must pay the balance before booking any future appointments. Lash Fill/Set Policy: Fills must be booked within the appropriate timeframe to maintain proper lash retention and appointment timing.( If anything with your set is to occur within the first 24 to 48 hours that is a free fix on me.) * 1-week fill: must be within 7 days of your last appointment * 2-week fill: must be within 8–14 days * 3-week fill: must be within 15–21 days Anything beyond 3 weeks will require a full set. If you arrive with less than 40% of lashes remaining, you will be charged for a full set regardless of timeframe. Deposits & Payments: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward your service total. Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. Deposits may be transferred once if rescheduled within the proper notice timeframe. Client Responsibility: Please come to your appointment with clean lashes (no makeup, oil, or buildup). Proper aftercare is required for best retention. Failure to follow aftercare may affect results and does not qualify for free fixes or discounted fills.
